Finding the clinic
Own Skin Dermatology & Advanced Aesthetics is at Red Cross House, 1st floor, above Canara Bank, 11 MG Road, Camp, Pune 411001. MG Road is reachable from Koregaon Park, Pune Station, Swargate and the Cantonment area, and is served by city buses and app-based cabs. The clinic is open Monday to Sunday, 11:00 AM to 07:00 PM. Booking ahead avoids waiting, particularly on weekends.
What the first consultation involves
A consultation starts with a conversation: how long the concern has been present, what you have tried, how your skin responded, and what matters most to you. The dermatologist then examines your skin, hair or nails, sometimes with magnification or a dermatoscope, and explains what they are seeing.
You leave with a diagnosis or a plan to reach one, a clear recommendation, and an honest view of what we would advise against. If a procedure is suggested, it is explained fully, including downtime and risks, before anything is booked.
What to bring
Your current skincare and hair products (or photos of the labels), any previous prescriptions, test reports or clinic records, and photographs of the concern if it comes and goes. If you are coming for a hair concern, avoid oiling your scalp that day so it can be examined properly.
Consent, photography and privacy
Clinical photographs are taken only with your written consent and stored securely for your record. They are never published without separate, explicit permission. Your details are used only to manage your care and appointments.
