By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Care you receive at the clinic is also governed by the consent forms you sign there and by applicable medical regulation.

1. What this website is for

The website provides general information about our clinic, our dermatologists, the concerns we assess and the treatments we offer, and lets you request an appointment or contact us. It is not a substitute for a consultation. Please read our medical disclaimer.

2. Appointments

• Submitting the appointment form, calling or messaging us is a request for an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when our team confirms the date and time with you.
• Please arrive on time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, let us know as early as possible so the slot can be offered to another patient. Any cancellation or no-show terms that apply to a specific procedure are explained to you when it is booked.
• Treatment is provided only after an in-person assessment by a dermatologist, and only where the dermatologist considers it appropriate. We may decline or defer a treatment on clinical grounds.

3. Fees and payment

Consultation and treatment fees are quoted at the clinic before you agree to a procedure. This website does not take payments. Any estimate given over the phone or by message is indicative and is confirmed after assessment. Fees for multi-session plans, packages and refunds are explained in writing at the clinic before you commit.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate contact details and, at consultation, an accurate medical and medication history.
• Follow the pre- and post-treatment instructions you are given; outcomes depend on them.
• Do not use this website to send another person’s personal or medical information without their permission.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the website, its security or its availability.

5. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, illustrations, logo and design of this website belong to Own Skin or are used under licence. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution or modification requires our prior written permission. Product and device names mentioned on the site are the trademarks of their respective owners.

6. Third-party content and links

The website embeds and links to third-party services such as Google Maps, Instagram and WhatsApp. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

7. Accuracy of information

We take care to keep the website accurate and clinically reviewed, but medical knowledge, our services and our team change over time. Information may be incomplete or out of date at any given moment. Nothing on the website is a promise of a particular result.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, without prejudice to your rights under consumer protection law.
